Mass Shooting Prevention Measures

There is a large problem in our country. An average of 2 mass shootings are committed everyday, and the Baby Party feels strongly about fixing gun control. Millions of innocent lives have been lost to perpetrators of Mass shootings, and the public deserves to feel safe in their own country. Due to this problem, us here at Baby Party are working to put a new policy in place to improve the conditions of gun control, and reduce the amount of Mass shootings in America.

The policy will include multiple things. Someone must be 21 years of age to apply for a gun. Each gun must be registered under a legal name. The general public can only own a handgun, not a big rifle, or something excessive (if it's only for self-defense or sporting, then anything other than a handgun is unnecessary). We will run through extensive and thorough background checks on each person attempting to purchase a firearm to make sure they aren’t a criminal, have any mental health issues, have any domestic violence convictions, and aren’t on the suspected terrorist or no-fly list. This will be done by the federal government, or any volunteers with proper training. This will take more time from federal agents, but Baby Party will host fundraising events to pay for this extra work and time.
